Managing your website
Can I add a payment link or Buy now button to a gallery image?
Yes. Open Manage my website, choose Images and documents, and add an image description containing the item name and amount, for example “Blue Harbour — €350”. Then expand Button under this image. Choose Enquire by email to open the visitor's email app with a subject about that image, or choose Buy now and paste a hosted payment link created in your own Stripe, PayPal, Square, Shopify, Revolut, SumUp or Mollie account. This option applies to gallery images only; it does not add an online shop or checkout to your website.
The description and amount are shown directly beneath the image. A Buy now button cannot be added without a description. Make sure this payment link can be used by multiple customers. Some payment providers create links that stop working after one payment. BadPigeon checks the provider and link format and shows the provider to visitors, but it cannot confirm whether a particular link is reusable. Availability, fees and features vary by provider and country. You are responsible for choosing and setting up the provider and for fulfilment, delivery, refunds and your obligations to the buyer. BadPigeon redirects the buyer to your chosen provider; it does not process or receive the payment and cannot access the customer's card details.
