How do I cancel my subscription?
Permanently deleting a website automatically cancels the subscription for that website so it will not renew. Open Manage my website and choose Remove website.
Deletion takes the website offline immediately, removes its stored content and cannot be undone. It does not automatically refund payments already made. If you want to stop renewal but keep the website until the end of the paid period, use the verified contact form and choose Billing, cancellation or refund.
