Managing your website

How to add a donation or fundraising link

For a community or nonprofit, event, or personal project website, open Manage my website and add a Donate / Support action to a gallery image or announcement. Paste the public fundraising-page address from GoFundMe, JustGiving, Donorbox, GivenGain, iDonate, Enthuse, Givealittle, Raisely or CanadaHelps. You can use the default “Donate now” wording or enter a short label such as “Support our appeal”.

BadPigeon checks that the address uses HTTPS and a recognised public-page format, then sends the visitor to that provider. It does not collect, process or receive donations, access the donor's payment details, verify the fundraiser, endorse the campaign or confirm its regulatory or tax status. You are responsible for the fundraiser, the information shown, applicable permissions and laws, donor communications and use of funds. Custom-domain fundraising links are not accepted because the provider cannot be identified reliably from the address alone. If you change the website to a category where fundraising is not normally relevant, an existing donation button remains available to edit or remove but a new one cannot be added.
